Which power bank do I need?

For walks, the school run or a few hours at the market, 10,000 mAh (3–6 hours) is enough and light at 150 g. For a full day at a match, a stable or a cold job, choose 20,000 mAh for 6–12 hours.

Can I charge my phone while I wear it?

Yes. The power bank charges a phone too, and on Høgge the second USB port can top up your phone while the vest keeps you warm.
