Which one do you need?

Runtimes depend on the heat level. The Pølar parka runs about 1.5–3 hours on the small power bank and 3–6 hours on the large one. How long an Øney runs depends on your power bank and the level.

What to look for

• Day length. Count the hours you are outside. On the highest level you get the lower end of the range.
• A second power bank. For a full day on a high level, swap halfway. Keep the spare in an inner pocket: batteries give less when they are cold.
• Gloves. Øven gloves come with one pair of batteries, good for about 2 to 5 hours. A spare pair doubles that.
• Made for Gløde. These power banks work with Gløde clothing. We cannot promise they suit other brands.

Which power bank do I need for my heated vest?

For a few hours outside, the 10,000 mAh power bank is enough: it gives a Gløde vest 3–6 hours of warmth. For full days, choose the 20,000 mAh power bank with 6–12 hours, depending on the heat level.

Is a second power bank worth it?

Yes, if you are outside all day on a high level. You swap in a few seconds and the empty one charges at home. Two small power banks together weigh less than one large one.

Which gloves do the spare batteries fit?

The spare batteries are made for the Gløde Øven heated gloves. You get one pair, 3,000 mAh each, and you charge them via USB-C. With a second pair you swap during the day.

What are the Øney extra patches for?

The Øney attaches inside your jacket with adhesive Velcro strips, without sewing. Eight strips come with the insert, enough for two garments. With an extra set of eight you prepare more jackets, and the insert moves from one to the other in about a minute.

Can I use a Gløde power bank for my phone?

Yes. Both power banks can charge a phone as well. The power your phone takes is no longer available for warmth, so on a long day the large power bank gives you more room.
