Returns
Your Gløde product must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. You can try it out at home, but the product must be in good condition and complete with all accessories when you return it. Simply register your return in our portal and follow the instructions.
Products must be returned clean and undamaged. If there are signs of wear beyond what is necessary to test the product, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund. Batteries, chargers, and other accessories must always be returned with the product.
Refund
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund your purchase within 14 days. Return shipping is free, unless otherwise stated during promotional periods.
